Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship - Bizzybeez Childcare

Shoots Training are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Bizzybeez Childcare at their Lytchett Minster setting as a Level 3 Apprentice.

Our mission is to provide a safe, homely, fun and caring environment for children to enjoy developmentally appropriate play experiences.

We aim to be a holistic child-focused early learning environment that helps children to develop socially, physically, emotionally and cognitively under the care of highly trained professionals in a child-friendly environment.

We provide child care that is flexible to the needs of busy working families and is catered to the child's needs as decided by parents as they know their child best, and create play based learning environments that allow children to learn through discovery and experimentation.

We provide an environment where children can develop life skills that will set them up for a life of success and encourage imaginative play in a resource-rich environment so children develop the social skills for the next part of their lives.

Your duties and Responsibilities will include;

• To support with the daily running of the baby room.
• Assist with all aspects of personal care, including bottle feeding, nappy changing and sleep time.
• Assist with following the children’s home from home routines, providing daily care of the children, liaising with parents.
• Responsibility for key children and will be completing and updating the next steps for the children.
• Setting up the daily activities.
• Following their interests closely and tidying away at the end of each day.
• Will need to be confident, able to use own initiative, work as part of a team and be fit and active for the needs of the role.

Requirements; 

• A level 2 childcare qualification is desirable
• You must be able to gain a clear DBS 
• You ideally will have GCSE Grades A*-C in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills
• Experience with looking after and working with babies.

Hours;

• Bizzybeez Childcare are open from 07.30am to 18.00pm Monday to Friday
• Working hours will be a minimum of 30 hours per week and shift patterns will be discussed
