As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for our 2-year-olds. You will lead a team of educators, plan age-appropriate activities, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Your role will involve working closely with parents to ensure each child's needs are met and fostering strong relationships within our nursery community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team in the 2-year-old room.

- Plan and implement an inclusive curriculum that supports the development of all children.

- Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records.

- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children and families.

- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Level 3 childcare qualification or above

- Previous experience working with toddlers in a nursery setting.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- A genuine love for working with young children.
