Early Years Practitioner Level 3 

Salary £24,876.80 per annum 

Hours 40 hours all year round. 

40 hours a week - Over 4 days or 5 days a week.

The Potters Bar Day Nursery & Pre-School have Longstanding, welcoming nursery team, we like to invest in supporting our staff to progress to the next stage in there career with support and traning opportunities. We designed a curriculum to encourage children to be super self-regulators, confident communicators, respectful citizens, risky learners, and independent individuals through sequenced learning.
We all work closely alongside parents/carers and outside agencies to ensure we provide high quality care and education, in order to meet the holistic needs of each child, we are looking for a qualified Level 3 practitioner so come along and apply.

 

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
  • Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met.
  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery, and promote these daily in every routine.
  • Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff and families.
  • Maintain strictly professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management in accordance with company policy and procedures.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English - essential.
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
