Exciting opportunity to join the Shooting Stars Nursery Bromsgrove, B61 0AE team as a Room Leader or Nursery Nurse!
Salary: £12.50 to £13.70 per hour
- Room Leader, temporary/mat cover
- Nursery Nurse, full time permanent
We are open 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday all year, except bank holidays. We are currently not able to offer any term time only roles.

Responsibilities:
- Enthusiasm & commitment to delivering high quality childcare.
- Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, working with children with Special Educational Needs.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures.
- A Key Person, building relationships & working in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
- For Room Leader role; ability to lead, monitor & support a team of staff to ensure the highest quality of care at all times and liaise with the management team where needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification.
- Experience working in a children’s day nursery.
- For Room Leader roles, experience in a team leader role is required.
