The Aspire Training Team are looking for a punctual, reliable and flexible individual to complete a Level 2 Childcare apprenticeship with Bouncy Bear Childcare based in Wellington, Somerset.
Established in 2004, Bouncy Bear Childcare provide a high level of childcare in a warm, fun and welcoming environment to ensure the children in their care have the best opportunity reach their potential. They have a fantastic team of Nursery Practitioners who all support one another and work hard to make sure that all their children are kept safe at all times.

Your duties and responsibilities as an apprentice will include:
- Assisting the key person with the day to day routine; caring for children under the age of 2 years of age, setting up and planning activities, assist with days out and chaperoning, all aspects of personal care, including nappy changing and toileting.
- Assisting at mealtimes.
- Liaising with the parents, and updating the children’s records.
- Keeping the children safe and secure at all times
- Teaching through of a mixture of free play and curriculum led activities.
Hours:
- This nursery is open from 08:00-18:00
- You be required to work 37 hours per week across 4 days
Requirements:
- You must be able to gain a clear DBS
- Preferably have GCSE grades A*-C in Maths and English Language (or equivalent i.e. functional skills).
