Early Years Practitioner

Nursery: Grosvenor House Day Nursery

Hours: Permanent | Monday – Friday I 40 hours per week

Location: NG12 4BS

Grosvenor House Day Nursery has a grand history of providing the highest quality care for the children in the local area, with the emphasis on loose parts play and open ended resources, this nursery nurtures the imagination and creativity of the children who attend everyday.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children

- Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children

- Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met

- Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development

- Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development

- To be fun, caring and friendly

- To promote a high-quality learning environment

What we need from you?

- Passion and commitment for working in childcare

- Ability to work shifts between 7.30-6.30pm Monday to Friday working 40 hours per week

- Commitment to continual development

- Have sound Knowledge of EYFS

- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 3, EY Educator
