We have an exciting opportunity for a Room Leader based in our 2 to 3 year old room to join our friendly setting based in Speedwell, Bristol.

The setting offers a stimulating, safe and welcoming environment . In the Pre-School Room children are prepared for ‘big school’ while still being able to enjoy exploring their surroundings at their own pace. We’re particularly proud of our spacious and well resourced garden which children (and practitioners!) love to explore.

As team leader, you will play a vital part in helping to inspire our children and motivate our staff within the room, exemplifying good practice and being a role model for others. You will ensure that children are safe, cared for and educated to the highest standard at all times.

You will be at least level 3 qualified with a full and relevant Early Years qualification. It is important that you have a good understanding of the EYFS and have a minimum of 2 years experience in an early years setting.

The role is Full Time, 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary, dependent on qualifications and experience.
