CUSTOMER SERVICE APPRENTICESHIP

Location: Tops Bournemouth, Bournemouth, Dorset

Pay rate: £6.41 per hour 

Contracted Hours: 30 hours per week/ Part Time

Tops Day Nurseries are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to complete their Level 2 in Customer Service during a 12 month Apprenticeship within our nursery.

This is an exciting opportunity to complete your apprenticeship within a rapidly expanding organisation. Working in the nursery, you will help the team with various administrative duties to support the smooth running of the team.

Whilst working in this role you will be working towards your Customer Service Level 2 which will be delivered onsite.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about gaining the relevant experience, skills and qualifications to begin their career within an office environment. You will need to take this role seriously, as we are looking for someone that is eager to gain more responsibility throughout this apprenticeship and to progress through the business. Many of our current Head Office staff started with us as Business Admin apprentices! You must have a good level of communication skills and be confident at communicating with various levels of management within the business.

What does the role involve?

• Provide a high level of customer service and support to external and internal customers
• Support with phone calls and front of house duties
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Supporting the Office Manager with additional duties including recognition certificates
• Housekeeping on internal storage database
• Administration tasks
• General office tasks
• Managing stock
• Inputting data on systems
