Little Munchkins Montessori Nursery in Hounslow, rated Good by Ofsted (March 2018), follows the Montessori approach to learning. we are looking to grow our team with a Pre-School Teacher  to join our Sunlight room aged 2-4 Years.

Little Munchkins provide children with a secure and happy, learning environment where they can awake their natural curiosity and interests, and develop manipulative skills.
Children are encourage to become self-confident as they gain their own independence and learn to communicate and display self-control. Staff work with children to provide experience to suit the developmental needs

we are looking for a practitioner who is able to work 30- 40 hours a week can do 4 days , salary to start from £12.50.

As a Pre-School Teacher , you will :

• Provide Stimulating and purposeful expereinces, enviromnets, and rescourse to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of develpoment.
• understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framwrok for the EYFS are met.
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery and promote these daily in every routine.
• Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Maintain strictly professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Facilitate a strong key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments and cover all children daily when colleagues are absent.
• Attend regular team meetings to ensure that you remain updated on key priorities, changes, developments and regularly review company policies and procedures.

As a Montessori Practitioner, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 6 / QTS  certificate - essential
• Fluent in written and spoken English - essential
• Over 1 year’s experience of working in Early Years - desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
