£1000 enhanced pay available for graduate employees.
Flying Start are looking for a practitioner with EYTT/EYP/Early Years Graduate qualification, and experience in providing outstanding care and education to preschool aged children.
The successful candidate must have a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and must be able to plan, lead and engage in exciting learning opportunities inside and outside with knowledge of the EYFS. A love of the outdoors and open ended learning is favoured.
The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil the role of a full time keyworker (30+ hours weekly to be agreed).
Desirable qualitites include Paediatric First Aid training and basic Makaton skills, however all statutory training and opportunities to complete further stand alone professional development units can be provided for free to Flying Start staff.
