Job Description

Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator  (Level 2 or 3) - up to £13.25 per hour

Monday to Friday - Midday til 6pm ( All year round)

Our nursery in Hanwell is set within a fabulous newly renovated children's centre, offering fantastic resources, large and wonderful gardens and fabulous staff that ensure children flourish and leave fully prepared for their adventure ahead.

Capacity: 50 place Nursery (3 months to 4 years)

Rooms:

1 x Baby Room (0-2 years x 26 places)

1 x Toddler Room (2-3 years x 8 places)

1 x Pre-school (3-4 years x 16 places)

Opening Times: 7.30am to 6.00pm

What you will bring to the role as our Nursery Nurse / Nursery Practitioner:

  • Full & Relevant Early Years Level 2, 3 or above Qualification
  • Previous experience of  working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse
  • Great communication skills, including the ability to understand babble
  • sense of humour which allows you to see the silver lining of every situation and have fun each and every day.
  • A team player with the ability to be flexible to the needs of the children and the team.
  • A passion for a play based approach to children’s learning and development
  • Commitment – even to reach the end of that story that has been interrupted 5 times
  • Patience & passion, enabling you to build effective & lasting relationships that will reward you with love, pride & a sense of achievement you won’t find in other roles!
