Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome individuals at all stages of their Early Years careers. Whether you are qualified, unqualified, currently studying, or returning to the field after a break, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist room leaders and other staff in delivering the highest standards of care and education for children.
  • Support daily nursery operations, fostering positive partnerships with staff and parents.
  • Adhere to all Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and environmental health requirements.
  • Facilitate engaging learning opportunities and provide exceptional care to help children develop.
  • Comply with all nursery policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years – Desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – Desirable
  • Understanding of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating – Desirable
