We are looking for a Level 2 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the team at cedars@boot farm day nursery, working full-time Monday to Friday or at least four days. Part-time applicants will also be considered (must cover busiest days). This popular nursery is ideally located on Chalfont Way, near to the Asda superstore and main bus routes through the town.
Salary is dependent on age and experience.

Purpose of the role
It is the Nursery Practitioner’s duty to participate in the daily supervision of the room in accordance with the requirement of company policies, and other relevant legislation; and all local authority and OFSTED requirements. The Nursery Practitioner’s role is to provide a stimulating, safe and caring environment for all children, promoting equality and diversity at all times.

The Nursery Practitioner will be expected to build good working relationships at every level. Working in partnership with parents and families is highly valued and the Nursery Practitioners must be approachable, friendly and able to communicate effectively at all times. At all times the Nursery Practitioner will be expected to respect the confidentiality of sensitive family information (subject to safeguarding procedures).
