Responsibilities:

• Assist room leader and other staff members in providing the highest standard of compliance, care and education for children.
• Effectively carry out daily operations of the nursery, developing positive partnerships with staff and parents. 
• Adhere to all Safeguarding, Health & Safety and environmental health requirements 
• Assist with learning opportunities and provide exceptional care that helps our children to develop.
• Adhere to all Nursery policies and procedures. 

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential. 
• Over 1 year’s experience of working in Early Years – Desirable. 
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – Desirable. 
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating – Desirable.
