Job Description
The Big Top Nursery group is looking for a Qualified or Unqualified Early Years Practitioner to join us on a full time basis. The role is to work across our 3 settings based in Waddesdon, Roman Park Berryfields and Buckingham Park where required, working a fixed shift of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, 51 weeks of the year.
As you will be travelling between settings you must ensure that you have your own transport.
Duties:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing daily feedback.
Experience:
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to drive positive outcomes for children through innovative teaching methods.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
