Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 – Southmoor Little Angels 

The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Southmoor Little Angels as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice.

Welcome to Southmoor Little Angels, nestled within the beautiful grounds of our local primary school in Southmoor / Kingston Bagpuize. With easy walking or cycling routes from nearby areas, getting to us each day is a breeze, ensuring a stress-free start to the school journey in Southmoor.

Positioned conveniently between Faringdon, Witney, and Oxford, just off the A420, Southmoor offers a wonderful environment for families seeking quality early years care.

At Southmoor, we're all about providing a warm and nurturing experience. Our Yellow and Green rooms offer full-day care for little ones aged 6 months to 4 years, while our Blue room offers a term-time-only preschool option for 2- to 4-year-olds.

Your roles and responsibilities will include;

• Caring and nurturing children aged between 6 months and 4 years
• Commitment to the children to nurture their quest for knowledge and empowered them to become the best version of themselves
• Support the development of the children
• Communicating with parents and key workers
• Key person, a good knowledge of the EYFS
• Flexible adapt in the moment and to the family’s needs
• All aspects pf personal care including heling at mealtimes and toilet training

Hours;

• Southmoor Little Angels are open between the hours of 07:30-18:30
• Working hours will be 36 hours per week, across 4 days

Requirements;

• Level 2 Early Years Childcare Qualification is required when applying for this role 
• GCSE’s A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills
• Must be able to obtain clear DBS
