Sydenham is 60 place nursery with 3 playrooms and they are currently looking for an experienced early years professional to take on the position of Third in Charge of the nursery as well as Room Manager.

The ideal candidate must have:
· A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education
· Previous Experience in a Leadership Role
· Strong leadership skills
· Sound knowledge of the EYFS
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to use initiative
· A passion for the Early Years
