Nursery Manager - Full Time, All Year Round
£32,760 - £40,019 per annum + New £500 New Starter Bonus*

Our nursery in West Ealing (Hathaway) has fantastic resources, large and wonderful gardens and fabulous staff that ensure children flourish and leave fully prepared for their adventure ahead.
Capacity: 34 place Nursery (3 months to 4 years)
Rooms: 1 x Baby Room (0-2 years x 9 places), 1 x Toddler/Pre-school Room (2-3 years x 16 places) (3-4 years x 9 places)
Opening Times: 7.30am to 6.00pm

Experience / Qualifications - What you’ll bring to the role:
- Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 3+).
- Maths & English GCSE Grade C/4 or Functional Skills Level 2
- Knowledgeable in areas relating to child development, relevant legislation, EYFS, SEN, CIN & CP.
- 5+ years’ post-qualification experience shaping little lives, with proven Management skills.
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager
- Great communication skills, including the ability to understand babble
- A sense of humour which allows you to see the silver lining of every situation and have fun each and every day.
- A team player with the ability to be flexible to the needs of the children and the team, with experience of leading a team including conducting performance management processes e.g. induction, supervision meetings, appraisals and setting objectives.
- A passion for a play based approach to children’s learning and development
- Commitment – even to reach the end of that story that has been interrupted 5 times
- Patience & passion, enabling you to build effective & lasting relationships that will reward you with love, pride & a sense of achievement you won’t find in other roles!
Key Information:
- Standard working hours are 40 hrs per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, around the current shift system.
- Flexible options include: increase your hours to 45 hrs per week over 5 days.
