Part-time Nursery Administrator - 16 hours per week - 10am-2pm, 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) - All Year Round
Two days at our Academy Gardens Nursery in Northolt, UB5 5QN and Two days at our Hanwell Nursery, W7 3JG
£9,518.08 - £9,984.00 per annum
Are you a great administrator? Would you like to support our nursery managers with daily administrative tasks that include Fees and Funding, Human Resources, Parent Enquiries, Booking Showarounds, Meeting and Greeting Parents, Updating systems, etc.

As you will be supporting both our Academy Gardens and Hanwell Nurseries, the role will involce spending two of your days at each nursery every week.
Main Duties:
- Answering the telephone and door. Dealing with deliveries, post etc.
- Manage enquiries using our Nursery Management system.
- Assisting with marketing and recruitment events including open days.
- Booking prospective parents in for show rounds and supporting with the registration process.
- Registering new children onto our management system and keeping their records fully upto date.
- Credit control including chasing outstanding fees and supporting parents through the registration / set up of DD scheme.
- Liaising with HO team to complete various admin tasks as required
- Updating HR database with new staff, annual leave, absence and general records
- Processing monthly purchase orders, collating delivery notes with invoicse for HO
- Photocopying, filing, general office duties as directed by the Nursery Manager

Person specification - Essential criteria
- Excellent, confident telephone manner
- Confident administrator with excellent IT skills
- Well presented with great communication skills
- Willingness to learn and assist with a range of duties
- Commitment to working effectively with young children and families.
- Friendly and flexible approach at work which facilitates the development of effective relationships.
- Ability to deal with confidential information professionally and in the best interest of the nursery
Desirable criteria
- Willingness to undertake further training.
- Current First Aid at Work qualification.
- Previous experience of working in a nursery setting
