Position: Early Years Trainer/Assessor
Location: Woking, Surrey
Pay rate: Up to £27040 per year
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week – Full Time

We provide this ‘Good’ Ofsted grade training to individual’s within their places of employment and at our own premises, ensuring that all our learners are comfortable whilst studying towards their qualifications.

About the Role
Here at Aspire Training Team, we provide success to individuals across the South of the United Kingdom via delivering first class qualifications in Childcare, Business Administration and management, alongside various short-courses.
Aspire Training Team has achieved its Investors in People recognition as well as the Beacon Award for Training Excellence, Good Ofsted grade and top grades from external inspectors from NCFE, City & Guilds, Pearsons and CACHE. We work very closely with each employer and individual learner to ensure that everyone achieves their set goals.
You will be responsible for visiting your learners at their places of work and delivering excellent training and mentorship to help them achieve their chosen qualification in placements around the Devon area. You may also deliver training at our Head Office in Bournemouth to our own staff across the Hadland Care Group, as well as external learners.
We are looking for someone who has experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2. You will have a good understanding of E-Learning Portfolios, and be extremely passionate about delivering good training. Also previous experience of assessing and training, combined with leadership and management experience.
You must have superb time-keeping skills and able to work on your own initiative, prioritising your workload at all times.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to possess your own vehicle and hold a valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel.
You will hold A1 and AET Assessor Awards is a must (or equivalents)
