HOURS: 25 hours a week / term time only.

We are currently seeking a qualified After School Club Leader to join our team on a part-time basis at Daybreak Day Nursery in Rickmansworth. We are looking for somebody to work 25 hours a week, term time only.

The ideal person will…

  • You must hold a minimum Level 2 in Childcare qualification
  • Ideally possess a Paediatric first aid certificate/Childcare Qualification or Food Hygiene training. If not full training will be provided.
  • You must have experience and real passion about working with children
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Hold a level of pride in themselves and their work
  • Be able to work from their own initiative
  • Be reliable and friendly


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in a team to look after children aged between 4-11 years old.
  • Dropping off and picking up the children from the local infant school.
  • Overseeing the children whilst they play and engaging with them when playing games, doings arts and crafts, helping with homework etc.
