In this role, you will:
- Oversee the care and education in your space
- Lead the day-to-day running and ensure continuity of provision
- Be a role model for children and colleagues alike
- Communicate professionally with families, teams, and external partners
- Support a positive, high-standard environment for all
- Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
- Champion best practice and uphold nursery policies
- Complete key admin tasks and keep your DBS certificate up to date
- Speak up—celebrate great practice or raise concerns when needed
