As a Nursery Educator, you will:
- Deliver inspiring care and education to our children at the nursery that needs your support Hayle, Redruth or Falmouth.
- Be a positive role model every single day
- Communicate with kindness and professionalism
- Help create a joyful, supportive team environment
- Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
- Champion our nursery’s values with families and visitors
- Follow best practice and keep your DBS certificate up to date
- Speak up—whether it’s to celebrate great practice or raise a concern

Mileage allowance paid for business travel using own personal vehicle (HMRC approved rates)

After every 2 years of continuous service you will be given an extra days holiday up to a maximum of 5 bonus days (10 years).
Pay Review
Guaranteed yearly pay review in March to come into play in the new tax year, 1st April.
