Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career? At Play Away Day Nursery – Totton, we’re looking for a dedicated Room Leader to inspire and guide our 2.5–3 year olds in a nurturing, purpose-built environment filled with natural light and adventure.

🌱 What You’ll Do
- Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development
- Lead by example and promote best practices
- Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments
- Use EyLog and EyMan systems to maintain accurate records
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
🎯 What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification – essential
- 1+ year experience in Early Years – essential
- Leadership experience – desirable
- Strong knowledge of EYFS & Ofsted standards
- Excellent communication skills
