About the Role

We’re looking for a qualified Level 3 practitioner who:

• Has a positive attitude to life and brings warmth and enthusiasm to the team every day.

• Genuinely loves working with children and finds joy in seeing them grow and develop.

• Understands the importance of strong parent partnerships — we know we can’t do this job without them!

• Works well as part of a busy, equal, and supportive team — everyone here is valued equally.

You’ll be supported by Priscilla, our passionate owner and manager, who operates an open-door policy and takes a hands-on approach to mentoring and developing her team.

Hours & Working Pattern

• Full-time: typically 8:00am – 6:00pm, 4 days a week

• No early starts before 9am or finishes after 6pm

• Fixed working days – no rotating shift
