Forest School Lead (Field)
Monday - Friday - Hourly rate: £13.21 - 40 hour per week
We value the dedication and expertise of our Level 3 Practitioners. To show our appreciation for their (and hopefully your) hard work and commitment, we're excited to offer a £400 Qualification Recognition Bonus to all of our Level 3 Practitioners across all our Nurseries.
This bonus will be paid after just 6 months of service, making it the perfect time to join our team and be recognized for your qualifications and contributions.
Join our team as a Forest School Lead- overseeing our nearby nursery locations, canwell, dosthill and hawthornn nature-based setting where we embrace the Curiosity Approach accreditation, fostering a child-led play environment that nurtures curiosity, exploration, and independence. Our large, welcoming setting cares for children from 3 months to 11 years old, offering a variety of enriching experiences that support their development at every stage. The children have access to our unique rooftop garden, complete with a pizza oven, where they can explore and engage in hands-on, creative activities. We believe in supporting our staff too, offering free lunch and a collaborative, nurturing atmosphere. What You Will Bring

Level 3 Certificate for Forest School Leaders, accredited by the Forest School Association (FSA) or an equivalent recognised body.

Minimum Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification (or higher).

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between and oversee our nursery locations in Canwell, Dosthill, and Hawthorn.
